The students and staff of Forge Ridge School celebrated Principal Appreciation Day in Feb. by honoring their principal, Marty Cosby.

K-4 students surprised Cosby by gathering below his office window and holding signs that spelled out “Thanks for being such a great principal.” The students also presented him with a collection of pictures, poems, and letters in his honor.

“I am very blessed with a great staff and great students. Today may be Principal Appreciation Day, but I am the one who is truly appreciative of them,” Cosby said.

Cosby has been serving Forge Ridge School for the last 31 years, and the last 18 years as the principal.
