The Realty Group

    The Realty Group was opened in 1999 by brokers and co-owners Carl Nichols and Grace Davis. Realty Group I is located in southern Claiborne County, TN. Being practically surrounded by Norris Lake, our office specializes in lake properties. If you are visiting the area, let one of our agents give you a tour of fabulous Sunset Bay. Southern Claiborne County also offers mountains and farm properties unsurpassed in beauty and charm of the rural area we call home.

    Realty Group II is located in Northern Claiborne County. From the front door of our office you have a bird’s eye view of the Historic Cumberland Gap, Lincoln Memorial University, and the beautiful Powell Valley.
