Plea agreements entered

Several plea agreements were entered recently before Judge Robert Estep in Claiborne Sessions Court.

Randall Wilder, 29, charged with attempted domestic assault, was sentenced to six months ETHRA supervised probation. Wilder must pay at least $75 per month in court costs and fines and complete either an ETHRA Anger Management or Parenting Class. He is barred from any contact with his victim.

Darwin Branduff Manis, 25, charged with criminal impersonation, was sentenced to six months ETHRA supervised probation with four days confinement. Manis was given credit for four days jail time already served. He must pay at least $75 per month in court costs and fines. Manis was given permission to transfer his supervision to an office closest to his county of residence.

Tamara Christine Brock, 33, charged with attempted criminal impersonation, was sentenced to 30 days unsupervised probation with 14 days confinement. Brock was given credit for 14 days jail time already served. As a condition of her probationary status, Brock must pay all court costs in full by Sept. 15. Her driver’s license is revoked per the Dept. of Safety.

Jennifer Lee Tribell, 33, charged with criminal trespassing and violation of the driver’s license law, was sentenced to three months probation with seven days confinement. Tribell was given credit for two days jail time already served. As a condition of her probationary status, Tribell must pay all court costs in full by Oct. 6. She must remain at least 1,000 ft. away from the Walmart store.

Steven Allen Leedy, 42, charged with driving under the influence (second offense), was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with 45 days confinement. Leedy was given credit for one day jail time already served. He must pay at least $125 per month in court costs and fines and complete a MADD Victim Impact Panel. Leedy may receive 28 days credit for completing an inpatient rehabilitation program. His driver’s license is revoked for two years.

Ross Allen Smith, 23, charged with driving under the influence, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with two days confinement. Smith was given credit for two days jail time already served. He must pay at least $75 per month in court costs and fines and complete a MADD Victim Impact Panel. His driver’s license is revoked for one year.

Robert Brandon Poore, 28, charged with theft under $500, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days confinement with credit for any jail time already served since the date of his arrest on March 4. Poore must pay $420 in restitution to his victim. This case runs concurrently with prior ones.

Jesse Bolden, 28, charged with theft under $500, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days TDOC supervised probation with 60 days confinement. Bolden was given credit for 31 days jail time already served. He must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines and forfeits $75 to the Economic Crime Fund. Bolden must pay $200 in restitution to his victim. This case runs concurrently with prior ones.

Sammie Z. Carroll, 20, charged with theft under $500, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days at 75 percent confinement with credit for any time already served. This sentence runs concurrently with a prior violation of probation case in which Carroll was charged with failure to report to probation, to submit to random drug screenings and nonpayment of court costs, fines and supervision fees while on probation.

Randy Ayers, 26, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation. Ayers must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines. He is eligible for unsupervised probation once all monetary obligations are met and he is found fully compliant.
