Celebrate Labor Day in Harrogate

Ray Welch | Daily News The 2015 City of Harrogate Labor Day Celebration was a huge success with hundreds of people from the Tri-State area showing up at the Harrogate City Park for the event. The night ended with the annual fireworks show. This year’s celebration will take place Monday.


The annual Labor Day Celebration given by the City of Harrogate will be held Sept. 5 at the Harrogate City Park.

Entertainment will begin at 3 p.m. and end at 9 p.m. There will be crafts, food vendors, inflatables, train rides and more — fun for all ages, according to organizers.

The entertainment schedule is as follows:

3-3:55 p.m. — Lindsey Helton

3:55-4:05 p.m. — HY Livesay Dance Team

4:10-5:10 p.m. — Southern Steel

5:10-5:20 p.m. — Forge Ridge Dance Team

5:20-6:20 p.m. — Tazewell Pike

6:25-6:40 p.m. — CGHS Pantherettes

6:45-7:45 p.m. — Long Neck Gypsies

From 7:55-9 p.m. five-time IBMA Female Vocalist of the Year, the Dale Ann Bradley Band, will take the stage for the final entertainment of the evening.

The evening will end with fireworks beginning around 9 p.m.
