Stolen property is still being recovered in a burglary that happened in early January.

Brian K. Cunningham, 34, of Harrogate was arrested on January 7 and charged with aggravated burglary and burglary.

Cunningham entered a residence and garage in the Harrogate community.

Sheriff David Ray says that most of the stolen property has been recovered and returned to the victim.

Lt. John Collins is in charge of the investigation and was assisted by Detective Anthony Veillon.

Cunningham was lodged in the Claiborne County Jail on a $10,000 secured bond.
