The festival will be taking place June 24 and 25 with the central location at the Jaycee’s Fair Barn in Tazewell. Other locations will be at Rockwood Plaza and the Centre Brick Flea Market in New Tazewell.
This year many changes are schedule and there will be something for everyone in the community.
The White Lightning Festival celebrates the rich history that is East Tennessee.
This year there will be arts, crafts, food vendors and antiques.
There will also be a bike run, a car show and a first ever beauty pageant. There will also be a street dance held on Main Street in New Tazewell.
Several committees have been set up to accommodate the different activities that are planned for the festival.
