Dale Todd Smith, age 41 of Speedwell, passed away March 16, 2009 in Claiborne County Hospital. Born in Monroe, MI on August 14, 1967.

He was preceded in death by mother, Jennifer Smith and grandfather, Harry McManaway.

He is survived by father, William C. Smith; grandmother, Coella McManaway.
