Mary Lou Rosenbalm Clay age 65 of Maryville, formerly of Tazewell, TN TN was born May 2, 1944 and passed away November 27, 2009 at Maryville Healthcare, after a courageous battle with cancer. Mary was a member of Chittum Chapel Missionary Baptist Church. She was a legal secretary for 40 years, starting her career with Harrell & White of Tazewell, TN and later working for the law firms of Baker Donnelson Bearman & Caldwell and Frantz McConnell & Seymour before retiring in 2006. She was preceded in death by her parents Glenn and Ann Baker Rosenbalm of Tazewell and one infant brother, William Glenn Rosenbalm.

She is survived by her Daughter and Son-in-law: Marte and Reginald Lawrence. One beloved Grandson: Daniel Lawrence all of Maryville, TN, Sisters & Brothers-in-law: Edna & Jim Sandefur of Wixom, MI, Faye & Howard Bull of Tazewell, TN, Niece: Julie (Chris) Bird of Ann Arbor, Mi, Nephews: Jeff (Karen) Sandefur of Chanhassen, MN, John (Kathy) Sandefur of South Lyon, MI, Brandon and William Bull of Tazewell, TN, Great Nephews: Jacob, Nicholas and William Sandefur of Chanhassen, MN, Great Niece: Stella Ann Bird of Ann Arbor, MI, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family received friends from 6 until 8 P.M. Sunday night at the Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell, TN. Funeral services 11:00 A.M. Monday November 30, 2009 at Coffey Funeral Home Chapel.

Burial in the Chittum Chapel.
