The Grand Jurors for the State of Tennessee indicted one of the suspects accused of breaking into three different churches at the end of September 2009.
In the January term of Criminal Court in Claiborne County, Christian Mitchelle Partin was indicted on a charge of Theft Over $1,000 for allegedly stealing musical instruments belonging to three different churches.
Most of the items that were stolen from the churches were later located at pawn shops throughout the area through a joint investigation with the Claiborne County Sheriff’s Office and the Bell County Sheriff’s Office.
The following are a list of other indictments that were handed down in the January session of Criminal Court in Claiborne County: Robert Lee Welch, DUI Second, Violation Implied Consent and Light Law.
Pamela F. Myers, Theft Under $500 – Conduct Involving Merchandise.
Jason Patrick Hurst, Burglary, Theft Over $500, Vandalism Over $500.
Anthony Adams, Possession of Explosive Components.
Joshua Rosevelt Barnett, Rape of a Child, Statutory Rape.
Elijah Andrew Ellison, Rape of a Child.
James Howard Owens, Public Intoxication, Failure to Register or Report.
Christian Mitchelle Partin, Theft Over $1,000.
Tyler Matthew Daniels, Theft Over $500 (Under $1,000)
