Betty Ruth Cole Beason, age 90, of New Tazewell, Tennessee passed away on Friday, October 13, 2023, at Claiborne County Nursing Home. She was a member of Leatherwood Baptist Church.

Preceded in death by husband, Bruce Beason. Sons: Jimmy and Tony Beason. Mother and father, Aaron and Veda Cole. Sisters and brothers-in-laws: Carol (Randy) Duncan, Wilma (Bill) Gibson. Step Grandson, Jeff Walker.

Survived by son, Ronnie (Peggy) Beason of New Tazewell
Granddaughter, Kelli Beason, and Great Grandson, Grant Neal of New Tazewell
Sister, Peggy (Bob) Cole of New Tazewell
Brother-in-law, Hollis (Vonna) Beason of Kokomo, IN.
Step Grandchildren: Cindy and Sis
Step Great Grandchildren: Bradley (Keri), Brittney (Matt), MaKenley (Bethany), Zach Walker,
and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A visitation for Betty will be held Monday, October 16, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Coffey Funeral Home in New Tazewell, followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service will be Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Beason Family Cemetery.
