Sandra Kay Snapp Surber of Tazewell TN, formerly of Indianapolis IN, was born August 28, 1945 and passed away on October 17, 2023.

Sandra is preceded in death by her father Davis McKinny Snapp; mother Minnie Walton; brothers Bob Snapp, Kenney Snapp, and Lovell Snapp; sisters Ruby Duncoe and May Smith.

She is survived by her children son Jerry Lee Jones, daughters Sheryl Jones and Shelly Williams. Grandchildren Nickie Jones, Tabitha Jones, Danielle Jones, Ricky Allen Cooksey, Tiffany Diane Target. Great grandchildren Kayle Castel, Lexi Harmon Target, Skye Singleton Dylan, Devin Target, Desiree Target, and Dylan Target. Great great granddaughter Remi Jayde Target. Brother Harold Snapp.
