Judge Robert Estep processed several plea agreements recently during hearings in Claiborne County Sessions Court.

Amber L. Graves, 29, charged with criminal impersonation, driving on a suspended license (second offense) and violation of the financial responsibility law, was sentenced to a concurrent 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with five days confinement. Graves was given credit for five days of jail time already served. She must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines. This sentence runs concurrently with prior ones.

Shawn W. Partin, 38, charged with criminal impersonation, was sentenced to six months ETHRA supervised probation. Partin must pay at least $75 per month in court costs and fines. He is eligible for unsupervised probation once found fully compliant.

Sammie Z. Carroll, 21, charged with aggravated criminal trespassing and theft under $1,000, was sentenced to two years ETHRA supervised probation with 14 days confinement. Carroll was given credit for 14 days of jail time already served. He must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines and forfeits $75 to the Economic Crime Fund. Carroll owes $11.94 in restitution to the New Tazewell Walmart Store and is barred from the store property.

Correlin E. Mullins, 48, charged with criminal trespassing and theft under $1,000, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days at 75 percent confinement. Mullins was given credit for all jail time already served. She is eligible to serve a portion of her sentence in an inpatient rehabilitation facility. Mullins also violated probation by failure to report, for nonpayment of court costs, fines and supervision fees and for picking up the new charges of inhaling intoxicants, aggravated criminal trespassing, criminal trespassing and theft under $1,000 while on probation.

Sebastian R. Brown, 24, charged with evading arrest and resisting arrest, was sentenced to a concurrent 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation. Brown must pay at least $75 per month in court costs and fines. This sentence runs concurrently with prior ones.

Peter Wade Collier, 40, charged with vandalism under $500, was granted a deferred judgment of one year and sentenced to 11 months, 29 days unsupervised probation. As a condition of the probationary status, Collier must pay all court costs in full by Aug. 31. He must pay $350 in restitution to his victim.

Garry W. Lee, 42, charged with attempted vandalism, was sentenced to six months confinement. Lee was given credit for 35 days of jail time already served.

Chuck Welch, 43, charged with reckless driving, was sentenced to six months ETHRA supervised probation with two days confinement. Welch was given credit for any jail time already served. He must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines and is ordered to complete the MADD Victim Impact Panel. Welch must also submit to bi-weekly drug screenings.

John Douglas Hash, 38, charged with possession of methamphetamine, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with 30 days confinement. Hash was given credit for 17 days of jail time already served. He must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines.

Robert Lee Hash III, 41, charged with possession of methamphetamine, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with 30 days confinement. Hash was given credit for 13 days of jail time already served. He must pay at least $100 per month in court costs, fines and supervision fees. Hash violated his probation by failure to submit to a random drug screening by leaving the facility lobby before one could be administered.

Roger D. Grubbs, 50, charged with possession of a schedule II drugs, driving on a revoked license (second offense) and violations of the registration and financial responsibility laws, was sentenced to a concurrent 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation with six months confinement. Grubbs was given credit for any jail time already served. He must pay at least $200 per month in court costs, fines and supervision fees beginning 30 days after release.

Johnny Ray Buell Jr., 33, charged with possession of a schedule VI drugs, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation. Buell must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines. He is eligible for unsupervised probation once all monetary obligations are met.

Amy Lynn Wilder, 40, charged with theft under $1,000, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation. Wilder paid to the Clerk’s Office a cash bond. If there is a remaining balance, she must pay at least $75 per month in court costs, fines and supervision fees until paid in full. Wilder forfeits $75 to the Economic Crime Fund and must pay $39.88 in restitution to the New Tazewell Walmart Store, She is barred from the Walmart property.

Monica S. Mink (Buell), 25, charged with theft under $1,000, was sentenced to 11 months, 29 days ETHRA supervised probation. Mink must pay at least $100 per month in court costs and fines and forfeits $75 to the Economic Crime Fund. She must pay $160.87 in restitution to the Tazewell Food City Store and is barred from the store property.
